Mark Perkins, PhD Managing Director

Mark is the founder, inventor and Managing Director of Repindex. He has an MA in Classics from Cambridge University, and also an MA and PhD in Applied Linguistics from Exeter and Leicester Universities respectively. Apart from being responsible for R&D, Mark has designed service models for clients such as Volvo IT and iPerceptions.


James Hindhaugh, MA Business Director

James joins Repindex having had a 30 year career in advertising with the D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, Ogilvy & Mather and Leagas Delaney Communications Groups. He has widespread experience of many client operations, notably in the fmcg, retail and service sectors. His international experience is also considerable, having been based, at various times in his career in London, Paris, New York, Milan and Rome.

Kevin Savage, BA Business Director

Kevin brings many years of market research experience to Repindex and, as Business Director, is responsible for delivering growth within Repindex's core blue chip markets. As VP of Sales and Marketing, Kevin led the expansion of Yankee Group in Europe, bringing their telecoms and IT research expertise to clients at telcos and equipment vendors, as well as large end-user corporations such as Roche and UBS. After a stint with Pharmaceutical Training International, Kevin spent four years at Jupiter Research and Forrester Research, focusing on growth within healthcare and FMCG sectors for clients including AstraZeneca and GlaxoSmithKline. Most recently, Kevin was with Communispace, the world's leading provider of market research online communities, where he embarked on a programme to extend its presence in the European market, working with clients such as Novartis and Unilever.

Nick Coutts, MA Routes to Market

One of the world's leading authorities on routes to market, Nicholas helps clients select the optimum mix of direct and indirect channels and routes to market that will maximise market share, profit and brand objectives. Areas of expertise include supply and demand chain management, CRM, web sales effectiveness and web and channel navigation tools, and related technologies, including interactive digital TV, voice XML, mobile and fixed telephony services, such as broadband,and chip design. In addition to computing and telecommunications, Nicholas has experience in automotive, financial services and pharmaceutical sectors.
